As a rule, client data is only retained for a period of 30 days after the termination of the service pursuant to which the data was collected. When data is deleted, it is generally deleted from all production systems, storage systems and backups of the organization, including backups and third-party systems, if any. An audit of deleted data is maintained and SOC 2 requirements are followed.
