When you use certain features of the respective Site, we may collect information about your precise or approximate location as determined through data such as your IP address or mobile device’s GPS to offer you an improved user experience. We do not control, supervise or are responsible for how the third parties providing your information process your personal data, and any information request regarding the disclosure of your information to us should be directed to such third parties.

k. Do Not Track Disclosure. We do not support Do Not Track (“DNT”). Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked. You can enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the “Preferences” or “Settings” page of your web browser.

l. Social Media Login Data. We may allow you to create an account and log in to use the Site through the following third-party Social Media Site like Facebook, Twitter and other social media services. 7. DATA RETENTION

We retain data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy and Data Policy or, if applicable, our contract with you, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. As a rule, client data is only retained for a period of 30 days after the termination of the service pursuant to which the data was collected.  When data is deleted, it is generally deleted from all production systems, storage systems and backups of the organization, including backups and third-party systems, if any.   An audit of deleted data is maintained and SOC 2 requirements are followed.  Clients can formally request deletion of their data by written request made by email below email and such requests are logged and processed within 7 business days of receipt.

ClicGroup entities take steps to help ensure that the data we possess is housed and transmitted securely. This may include various types of physical and electronic security, including firewall protections, encryption, hashing or truncation of data, and access controls to personal information. While neither we nor any platform can guarantee 100 percent safety from hacks or illegal intrusion, we employ efforts that are designed to ensure that this does not occur.

10. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our Services are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18 years of age.
