Harley Dealership in Atlanta was looking to increase the visibility for their new 2021 bikes and related services and measure the effectiveness of speciifc campaigns outcomes.  Dealer targeted 100 conversion a month.

Approach:

R2R uses a multidimensional approach to measure campaign effectiveness, establish goals and retarget leads that visit dealer websites using digital strategies such as Google PPC and Paid Social Media Campaigns.

Strategy:

Geo-targeted campaign across 25 miles radius of dealership and measurement of specific goals set up by dealership including phone calls, form fills, test ride bookngs etc.

Results:

R2R delivered 180 conversions a month, 80% above the targeted goal, including 124 test rides, of which the dealer converted 24% into new bike sales.     Campaigns reached 26,000 riders and delivered over 100,000 impressions.

Approach:

Strategy:

Interactive campaings on SMS & email, and lead genration campaing on Facebook. Being integrated with the DMS, R2R created the targeted customer segments, assembled the creative, landing pages and Facebook campaigns. Facebook Leads Ads were generated using a combination of Detailed Targeting, Custom Audiences and Look-a-like Audiences.

Results:

175 Leads for cutomers looking to sell pre-owned Harleys and 30 leads for cutomers looking to buy pre-owned Harleys. Campaign reached 6,000 potential buyers on a monthly basis and delivered over 25,000 impressions.

Approach:

Win-back service campaign targeting these specific service customers who had not been in for a service in over 2 years, offering them a FREE SAFETY INSPECTION by a PHD certified technician.

Strategy:

R2R filtered the dealer’s customer lists from its DMS to target service customers who met this specific criterion Implemented a multi-channel campaign across SMS, email & push notifications via the R2R Dealer Portal. Set up specific landing pages to log service appointment requests and alerts sent to the service departmnets for appointments requested.

Results:

This campaign generated 27 service appointments for the dealership

R2R targeted all the 5K SMS subscribers this dealership had on our platform and posted promotions in the Mobile app and marketed this to all email subscribers to drive app downloads.

Strategy:

R2R used SMS to implement mobile flash sales targeted at customers, Carried out weekly promotions with expiration at end of week for a variety of accessories, made use of mobile coupons with in-store redemption tracking and tracked in-store redemptions as well.

Results:
